The candidate should check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam MGR Engineering Entrance Examination to get admission. The eligibility criteria for the MGR Engineering Entrance Examination exam 2022 are as follows:

Education Qualification:

For Under Graduate Courses (U.G.): The Candidates should be 12th passed with Physics, Biology, Mathematics, and Chemistry from a recognized board.

Application Fee:

·       Application form fee for Engineering and Technology / Arch / MBBS / BDS / Nursing / Physiotherapy / Pharmacy with prospectus is Rs.1000.

·       Application form fee for Humanities and Sciences and other courses with prospectus Rs. 750.

·       The candidate can even get the application form by post can be obtained with an extra Rs. 100 by Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute”, payable at Chennai with the full address of the applicant.

For Post Graduate Courses (PG): The candidate should be graduated in the relevant stream from any recognized university or institute.

Age Limit:-

The candidate age should be at least 17 years of minimum age before applying for the exam and there are no upper limit age criteria for the exam.

Academic Qualification:-

Aspirants should have diploma degrees from recognized engineering colleges with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject can also apply for the exam.
